About Elliot Isherwood
Hola! I am a Modern Foreign Language Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status with a PGCE from Manchester Metropolitan University achieving a Distinction, and I have been teaching for 5 years. I am proud to be Spanish (Bilbao) and English (Stoke-On-Trent) and have grown up bilingual. This means that I have an appreciation of both cultures and enjoy teaching Spanish culture in my lessons.​
Learning for All
Lessons are interactive with lots of support and in an upbeat environment. With my Diploma in Special Educational Needs (SEN), lessons are inclusive and meet a wide range of needs including Dyslexia and Autism.
Focus on Fluency
After listening to an expert speaker with a range of engaging tasks, students feel confident to speak in Spanish from the very first lesson. The use of sentence builders provide students with an easy way to practice through repetition of common and useful phrases.
